Marchand was part of a young generation of winemakers who were aware of the threats to the vines and consistently embraced organic and biodynamic practices. Many of these pioneers later became renowned winemakers. Marchand was one of the first among them.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIn 2010, Pascal embarked on the Moray Tawse adventure and founded the Marchand-Tawse joint venture. Through this partnership, the two longtime friends and business partners aim to produce wines that best express some of Burgundy’s most famous terroirs.
